2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can make purchases in our online store either without logging in or by logging in to a customer account. Through a customer account, you can access, among other things, your purchase history. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.
Customers placing an order with us must be at least 18 years old. Underage customers must have a guardian's consent to order products.
When you place an order in our online store, you will be asked for information such as your email address and billing, payment and delivery information to process your order and maintain your customer relationship. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our stores is correct, up-to-date and complete and that you have all necessary rights to provide such information. Inked Mystiqs processes and discloses information only for legitimate purposes in accordance with the law. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
We would like to remind you that we do not provide medical supplies or health advice. If you have any health concerns, we recommend that you contact a doctor or other healthcare professional.
3. ORDERING
Products are ordered through our online store shopping cart. Before submitting your order, you must accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. After your order has been approved for payment, you should receive an automatic order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our online store at info@inkedmystiqs.com.
Please check your contact information carefully when placing your order, if you notice any errors, please contact info@inkedmystiqs.com immediately. Inked Mystiqs is not responsible for any incorrectly entered contact information.
When we ship the product, you will receive a separate "Your order has been shipped" message in your email.
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product or service. Inked Mystiqs reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason in its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Inked Mystiqs confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Inked Mystiqs may not be able to honor cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept your order, make any changes to it, or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you using the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided at the time of ordering.
You can return your purchase by following our return instructions. For exchanges, please order a new product or contact our customer service.
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Products are delivered either via your chosen delivery service or picked up from our store.
Products will be delivered using your chosen delivery method. (posti, matkahuolto) Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days in Finland. We process and pack orders during our store’s opening hours. On Mondays and Sundays our store is closed, and orders are not handled on these days. Delays in deliveries may occur during peak seasons. All delivery times are estimates.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the package supplier or customs procedures, or any change in the pickup point. If there are any problems with the delivery, please contact info@inkedmystiqs.com and we will resolve the matter with the supplier.
For packages that are not picked up or returned to us, we will charge the shipping and handling costs according to the shipping company's price list. The customer is also responsible for any re-shipping costs. Please note that not picking up a package without separate notification is not a cancellation of the transaction, but a breach of contract. If you wish to make a return, please follow our return policy.
If you choose store pickup (Keskuspuistikko 9, 61300 Kurikka) as your delivery method, you will be sent a text message when your order is available for pickup from the store. Delivery is available the next business day at the latest. Orders picked up from the store will be stored for 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Inked Mystiqs is not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may occur in the destination country.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Our products have a statutory 14-day cancellation/return right, which means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. You have the right to cancel or return your product for any reason and will receive a refund for returned products. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
The return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, that it has not been used or worn, that the product labels have not been removed, and that the product is in its original packaging. If the returned product has been used, the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Please pack the returned products carefully and return them to us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please note that opened Tarot card packs are not eligible for returns. Products that are customized or made to measure for an individual customer are also not eligible for returns.
Please note that some of our products are delicate or natural products whose appearance varies naturally.
Some products cannot be returned. These include perishable items (such as food, flowers, and plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
The refund will be sent to your chosen payment method within 14 business days of the return notification. However, we require that the products have been returned to us and that we have inspected the products before the refund is issued.
Please note that not picking up an order is not a return, but a breach of contract. Always follow our return instructions when making a return. For packages that are not picked up or returned to us, we will charge the shipping and handling costs according to the shipping company's price list. The customer is also responsible for any re-shipping costs.
6. OUR PRODUCTS
We have strived to provide as accurate information about our products and services as possible in our online store. However, please note that the colors or appearance of the products may differ from what they appear on your screen. Factors that affect this include the device you are using to shop and the settings and configurations of your device.
Natural products, such as crystals, minerals and bone products, may differ in size and color from the product images.
Our online store displays information about the availability of our products, but sometimes, for technical reasons, the stock balance may show that a product is available when it is not. In these situations, we will contact you and offer a replacement product or refund the price of the product to your payment method.
Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time and may also limit the quantity of products offered to any person or in any territory or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
The Services may occasionally contain information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, such as product descriptions, prices, promotions, product shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and, if any information is incorrect, to change or update the information or cancel orders at any time without notice (including after you have placed an order).
Inked Mystiqs is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable event or change in circumstances that is beyond the control of Inked Mystiqs, for example fire, flood, measures by authorities, sabotage, labor disputes, etc. We will notify the customer of force majeure without delay.
If you want to exchange a returnable product, place a new order. In case of complaints, we will agree on a possible exchange or other compensation separately. More in section 8. COMPLAINTS AND PRODUCT DEFECTS.
7. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order will be charged for the product or service.
The prices of the products are visible in the product sections of the online store. The final total price including delivery costs is stated in the shopping cart before payment of the order and in the order confirmation email. The stated prices include VAT of 25.5% and 13.5% for literary products, as well as any handling fees. The final price is determined in the shopping cart according to any delivery costs. The prices do not include any other third-party handling fees, such as customs or import fees.
Prices displayed in our online store may differ from prices in physical stores or online or other third-party stores. We may occasionally run promotions that may affect pricing and may be subject to separate terms and conditions from these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information whenever you make a purchase at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account information and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete, that you have the authority to use such credit card information to make the purchase, that your credit card company is responsible for any charges you make, and that you will pay all charges incurred by you, including the prices stated, shipping and handling charges and any taxes.
8. COMPLAINTS AND PRODUCT DEFECTS
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us within a reasonable time at info@inkedmystiqs.com if the product you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Product defects reported and reported within two months are always considered to have been reported in a timely manner.
In your message, please state the nature of the defect or damage, your order number and your name. Please also attach pictures of the damage to your message to speed up the processing of the matter. We will give you a solution proposal depending on the defect or damage to the product. Depending on the case, we will either provide return instructions, a replacement product or propose a price reduction/compensation for the product. If you agree to the price reduction/compensation, the product can no longer be returned. Keep the order confirmation/receipt for your order until your complaint has been fully processed.
In case of complaints, we will refund shipping and return costs.
If the product is damaged in transit, please inform the package carrier immediately if possible, for example, during home delivery. Contact us at info@inkedmystiqs.com and we will clarify the matter with the transport carrier. In the message, state the nature of the damage, your order number and name. Also attach pictures of the nature of the damage to your message to speed up the processing of your complaint. In the event of transport damage, please contact us as soon as possible after the matter has arisen and we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Also, in cases of package loss, please contact our customer service.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content presented in the online store – such as texts, images, videos, logos, product information, reviews, graphics, store layout and software – are the property of Inked Mystiqs or its partners. The content is protected in accordance with copyright law and other laws governing intellectual property rights. The customer does not have the right to copy, distribute, publish, modify, transfer, sell or otherwise exploit the content of the online store commercially without the prior written permission of Inked Mystiqs.
We also sell products from our partners, and their intellectual property rights are protected in the same way as other content in the online store. Using the online store only gives the customer the right to use the service and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All trademarks displayed in the online store – such as product names, logos, slogans, designs, and product and service names – belong to their respective owners, and their unauthorized use is prohibited.
If the customer provides content to the online store (for example, reviews, feedback, comments or images), the customer grants Inked Mystiqs a non-exclusive, transferable and royalty-free right to use that content in connection with the operation and marketing of the online store.
10. MISUSE
We will report all fraud, data breaches, malware distribution or attempts to distribute the company to the police. We also reserve the right to reject an order if we have reason to suspect fraud, data breaches, malware distribution or misuse of our site.
We reserve the right to remove feedback or reviews that we deem to be illegal, obscene, threatening, infringing on intellectual property rights, or defamatory.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through our online store is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to the Shopify Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here . By using our online store and ordering products from our online store, you confirm that you have read these privacy policies.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have problems with our products, services or the contract concluded at the time of ordering, and the matter cannot be resolved with the merchant, the consumer customer has the option of contacting Consumer Advisory Service or submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for processing and resolution
13. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Inked Mystiqs uses Shopify to provide an online store. However, all purchases you make through our store are made directly between you and Inked Mystiqs. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any transactions between you and Inked Mystiqs, including any damages, losses, or injuries related to products or services. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases or transactions with Inked Mystiqs.
14. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time without notice, but you will remain responsible for all fees and obligations accrued up to the date of termination.
Termination of the Agreement shall not affect the validity of the following terms: intellectual property rights, feedback, termination of the Agreement, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, severability, waiver of rights, the entire agreement term, terms regarding assignment, applicable law, privacy policy, and any other terms that by their nature should survive termination of the Agreement.
