Delivery and Return Terms

 

Ordering

Products are purchased and ordered through our online store's shopping cart. Before approving payment, you must accept our terms and conditions. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If for some reason you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our online store at info@inkedmystiqs.com.


Delivery methods

Products are delivered by your chosen delivery method. The delivery time is generally 2-5 business days in Finland. Seasonal periods may cause delays in deliveries. We process and pack orders during our store’s opening hours. On Mondays and Sundays our store is closed, and orders are not handled on these days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the package carrier or possible changes to the pickup point. If there are problems with the delivery, please contact info@inkedmystiqs.com, and we will investigate the matter with the carrier. 

For packages that are not picked up or are returned to us, we will charge the return shipping and handling costs as per the carrier's price list, as well as processing fees. The customer is also responsible for any re-shipping costs. Please note that not picking up a package without separate notification is not a cancellation of the order, but a breach of contract. If you wish to make a return, please follow our return policy.  

If you choose in-store pickup (Keskuspuistikko 9, 61300 Kurikka) as your delivery method, you will receive a text message when your order is available for pickup at the store. The delivery can be picked up by the next business day at the latest. Orders picked up from the store are held for 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are determined by the delivery method selected in the shopping cart. We send packages via Posti and Shipit service. The final price is determined at checkout according to the delivery method. Examples of our standard package prices:

In Finland, orders over 100 euros are free of delivery charges (does not apply to home deliveries). 


International delivery costs

Inked Mystiqs is not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may occur in the destination country.

Payment methods

Our versatile payment methods include Shopify Payments, Paytrail and PayPal.

Shopify Payments

Through Shopify Payments, the following payment methods are available at checkout:

Shopify Payments methods appear first at checkout. Shopify Payments is the built‑in payment service of our online store, offering a safe way to pay.

Paytrail

Paytrail Oyj (2122839‑7) operates in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. Through Paytrail, the following common Finnish payment methods are available:

  • Online bank payments from all Finnish banks
  • Card payments (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard)
  • Mobile payment methods such as MobilePay, Pivo and Siirto 
  • Invoice and installment services provided by OP, Walley and Jousto

Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment service provider and forwards the payment to the merchant.

PayPal

PayPal is an international payment service that allows you to pay securely with your PayPal account or a linked bank or credit card. PayPal protects your purchases through the PayPal Buyer Protection program.


Returns

Our products have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

An uncollected order is not a return. Failure to pick up a package is not a legal return, but a breach of contract by the buyer. In these situations, we charge the customer €20 for postage and handling costs. (Consumer Protection Act 5. 25 & 28§)

A return requires that the product is in the same condition as at the time of receipt, it has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and the product is in its original packaging. If the returned product has been used, the consumer is liable for the decrease in the product's value in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Please pack returned products carefully. 

Opened tarot cards (plastic removed from cards) do not have a right of return, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. This means, for example, incorrect coloring. Custom products, which are tailored to an individual customer, do not have a right of return.

Please note that some of our products are delicate or natural products. Natural products, such as crystals and minerals, may have size and color variations that differ from the product images.

Some products cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, and plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hygiene products (such as cosmetics). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 
Gift cards are not returnable.

Return request

You must notify our store about the product you wish to return either by using the Order cancellation form or by sending an email to info@inkedmystiqs.com. Please include your order number, your name, and the reason for the return in your message. Providing the reason for the return helps us improve our service. Returns should be sent to the following address:

After your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the package in our reply. We do not accept items sent back to us without a return request.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. The return shipping fee within Finland is €6.90 when using Posti. For international returns, we charge return shipping costs that correspond to the delivery fees for the destination country as listed in the shipping price table above. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. In the case of a complaint (faulty or incorrect product), the company covers all return costs. See the “Complaints” section for more information.


Refunds

 You will receive a notification from us when your return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will receive your money back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund into your account.
Please send us a message to info@inkedmystiqs.com if the payment has not been refunded within 14 business days of its approval.

 

Exchanges

 The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received according to the instructions above and purchase a new product from our online store. 

 

Complaints 

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us within a reasonable time either by using the Order cancellation form or by sending an email info@inkedmystiqs.com if the product you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Product defects complained about and reported within two months are always considered to have been reported in time. 

Please state the nature of the defect or damage, your order number and your name in your message.  Also include pictures of the damage and your order confirmation to speed up the handling of the matter. We will provide you with a proposed solution depending on the defect or damage to the product. Depending on the case, we will either provide return instructions, a replacement product or offer a price reduction/compensation for the product. If you accept a price reduction/compensation, the product can no longer be returned. Keep your order confirmation/receipt until your complaint has been fully processed.

In case of complaints, we will reimburse shipping and return costs. 

If the product is damaged during transport, inform the package carrier immediately if possible, for example during home delivery. Contact us at info@inkedmystiqs.com and we will investigate the matter with the transport carrier. Please state the nature of the damage, your order number and your name in your message. Also include pictures of the nature of the damage to speed up the handling of your complaint. In cases of transport damage, please contact us as soon as possible after the issue arises and we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. In cases of lost packages, please also contact our customer service.

We want to remind you that we do not offer medical supplies or health advice. If you have health concerns, we recommend contacting a doctor or other healthcare professional.

Please note that product colors and appearance may differ from what they look like on screen. Factors influencing this include the device you are using to access the store, as well as your device's settings and configurations.
