Vendor Application for Kekri Fair 2026
Apply to be a vendor through this Forms application.
Kekri Fest & Feast will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 for the third time – bigger and more anticipated than ever before. The event is moving to a new, larger venue at Kurikka Campus (Huovintie 1, 61300 Kurikka), and ample space has been made for new vendors. We would like to invite you to join us in creating a unique Kekri atmosphere!
Why become a vendor at Kekri Fest & Feast?
- Extended selling time and large visitor flow: The official selling time is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but you can continue selling until 12:00 AM if you wish. The Kekri fair area will remain open during the evening celebration, ensuring a steady flow of customers from morning until midnight. Kekri Fest & Feast has established itself as the most anticipated autumn event in the region.
- Program: A diverse program attracts a wide audience. The daytime program has been significantly expanded. There will be lectures, workshops, and separate, experiential Feast dining events. The evening program includes performances by Kallomäki, fire artist Lena Lumo, and accordion artist Antti Paalanen, among others.
- Curated selection: We carefully curate our vendors to avoid too much similarity. This ensures that every vendor receives the best possible visibility and sales.
Who are we looking for?
There is room for up to 40 vendors + outdoor spots, some of which are already filled. We welcome a wide variety of products: traditional handicrafts, pagan-themed products, autumn harvest produce (from potatoes to carrots), wellness products and services, and presentations of traditional services and association activities. Food vendors and food trucks are especially welcome! Outdoor spots are also available.
Would you also like to host a workshop or lecture? There is still an opportunity for a few lectures or workshops in the daytime program. If you have an idea related to witchcraft, nature, or local food, we would be delighted to receive your suggestions!
